​1. Technical Support Engineer-Haimen

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1、Provide professional support to the international customers, work together with other departments to satisfy the customer requirements.

2、Plan, develop, coordinate and conduct comprehensive training programs for existing and potential customers. Utilize various training methods, tools to ensure the participants obtain the knowledge after training.

3、Maintain good relationship with customers, bring out customized training solutions and context to accommodate the demand from Asian market.

4、Cooperate with sales team for necessary presentation and technical clarifications to win potential orders. Assist customer service team to provide answers and feedbacks to inquiries from customers. Provide technical solutions to after-sales team for on-site installations and troubleshooting.

5、Forward customer’s suggestions or requests to relevant departments for follow-up.

6、Provide job reports per requirement from management.

7、Other tasks assigned by direct superior.

Qualifications & Experience:

1、Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or other related major;

2、Minimum 3 years of relevant display in manufacturing industry;

3、Workable English

4、Ability:

Verbal Reasoning: above average of managerial / professional level within Engineering, Science & Technology comparison group.

5、Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge in mechanical products.

6、Skill:

Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.

Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software;

Presentation skills: Good presentation skills in public.

2、Recruitment：Mechanical Engineer -Haimen

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1、Develop and design mechanical parts, make product assembly prints and parts prints.

2、Solve the problems from production, instruct assembly and test.

3、Solve the problems from production, instruct product package.

4、Update and confirm prints, manuals and parts breakdown, follow up and instruct.

5、Measure samples and make product prints and 3D models, optimize the dimensions and tolerance fits.

6、Other daily works.

Qualifications & Experience:

1、Mechanical or related major, bachelor degree or above.

2、More than 2 years mechanical design experience.

3、Ability:

4、Knowledge:

Good knowledge in Mechanical.

5、Skill:

Language:Good command of English & Mandarin both in written andoral.

Skills: AUTOCAD, PRO-E, SOLIDWORKS.
